1 hard-boiled egg

1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 green onion, 1 tablespoon of sliced chives

1 little gem

Salt, ground cayenne red pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice or dice the hard-boiled egg. Slice the crab-legs, Add the mayo, green onion, chives, salt and ground cayenne red pepper. Put in the fridge.
  2. Tear the gem salad leaves apart and wash them. Dry the leaves in a salad dryer.
  3. Put 1 coffee spoon of the crab preparation in each leave. Put in the fridge before serving.
